We are a friendly, inclusive, and sociable running club with a rich history. We are proud of our members, who range from regular park runners to ultra-marathon competitors and everything in between! Since our foundation in 1986, our club catchphrase has been ‘no runner left behind’, a tradition we continue to uphold.
Our members appreciate the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, where everyone, regardless of ability, feels included and valued. The club fosters a strong sense of community and positivity, with members supporting each other’s goals, whether they are social running or competitive achievements. People enjoy the variety of runs we offer, including off-road options as well as the accessible and affordable membership.
