COUCH TO 5K MEMBERS COMPLETE COURSE
Our new group, who only started running in January, are doing brilliantly. Week by week they’ve grown stronger and more confident, and it’s been fantastic to see their progress.
Even better, they’ve formed real friendships and a strong team spirit. They’re firmly on course to finish strong — and we’re so proud of them.
IRONWOOD 2026 RESULTS
Plenty of mud (and then some) at the Ironwood Challenge 2026 – proper squelchy, shoe-stealing, grin-inducing stuff! Massive thanks to everyone who splashed, slipped and powered their way round. It was brilliant to see so many runners embracing the conditions.
Huge congratulations to Jamie Williamson and Kerry Firth, our first male and female finishers – somehow flying through the bog like it was dry land.
We’ll see you next at the Beer & Banger on Friday 26 June – hopefully slightly less muddy.
